SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Sourcer plays a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to support the organization’s hiring goals. This position focuses on proactively building strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, niche, and senior-level roles by leveraging advanced sourcing strategies, market research, and relationship-building techniques. The Senior Sourcer partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand workforce needs, define search strategies, and deliver high-quality candidate leads. This role requires deep expertise in modern sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, competitive market mapping, and candidate engagement strategies. The Senior Sourcer acts as a leader within the talent acquisition team, mentoring junior sourcers, and driving innovation in sourcing practices to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
