SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Supplier Engagement Manager (SEM) is responsible for driving the AgileOne supplier engagement strategy for services procurement suppliers, including Statement of Work (SOW), professional services, consulting, and outsourced service providers. This role ensures effective onboarding, governance, compliance, and performance management of services suppliers, while supporting AgileOne clients in achieving cost efficiency, quality outcomes, risk mitigation, and service excellence. The SEM partners closely with clients, suppliers, and internal AgileOne teams including implementation, procurement solutions and legal to enable structured services procurement programs, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, scope delivery, and business objectives.

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (each duty and function listed indicates % of time to total 100%):

  • Services Supplier Engagement and Onboarding (55%)
    • Lead the onboarding of services procurement suppliers and the identification and evaluation of suppliers aligned with client needs.
    • Lead the development of the client program specific supplier engagement strategy during implementation based on the program specific goals and success criteria.
    • Work with Procurement and client services teams to develop category strategies, preferred supplier lists, and commercial models.
    • Facilitate the development, negotiation, and execution of statements of work (SOW’s) master services agreements (MSA’s), and subcontracting agreements.
  • Relationship and Performance Management (35%)
    • Develop relationships and strategic partnerships with top services procurement suppliers.
    • Manage complex supply chains in multiple categories at the client program level and across programs.
    • Provide consultative guidance to improve service delivery outcomes.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS (each function listed indicates % of time):

  • Participate in RFP/RFQ processes. (10%)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The primary duties of this position are performance and execution of business operational requirements of the Company. This position’s primary duties include the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.

  • Experience in services procurement and SOW-based engagements
  • Strong knowledge of MSA’s, SOW’s, and pricing models.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in process improvement and change management.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%..
  • 3+ years in services procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
  • 3+ years managing services, suppliers, or SOW programs.
  • Experience in implementation, program management, and contract interpretation.

When supervising, carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED (written & verbal):
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.  Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: 
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet.  Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio.  Ability to quickly learn AgileOne proprietary technology.
