SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Manager of Business Intelligence is responsible for creating and delivering solutions to support the advancement of AgileOne’s Business Intelligence Strategies. These strategies should elevate AgileOne’s ability to deliver global, standardized reporting and provide advanced analytic insights. This position will incorporate a deep knowledge of data management and report systems, with strong understanding of Contingent Workforce Strategies, to drive organizational and client program performance. This position will require the following strategic management and project management skills and experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The primary duties of this position are performance and execution of business operational requirements of the Company. This position’s primary duties include the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance. SUPERVISION EXERCISED/# OF STAFF:
Manages a team of up to 4 team members and provides support to direct reports so they may be effective in the application of their responsibilities. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED (written & verbal):
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn AgileOne proprietary technology.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Strong analytical ability to calculate figures and analyze complex data. Ability to calculate amounts such as mark-up percentages, bill rates, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra, geometry, and statistics.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
