SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Business Solutions Analyst will design and implement the RPO new client identification process and tools and co-ordinate the social media management for senior leadership team. The Business Solutions Analyst is a program and solution sales resource responsible for supporting the AgileOne Business Development, Implementation and Client Delivery teams.

The Business Solutions Analyst will be a Talent Acquisition professional who will have worked internally as a leader in a client or RPO organization leading recruitment operations, sourcing and/or recruitment technology OR has worked in the RPO industry in a leadership role or that of a Business Solutions Analyst. The ideal candidate will understand program run rates, cycle times, staff modeling, costs, and integrating talent solutions and have managed large scale projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate will need to have a creative side, and fully understand social media and creative sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional presentation skills to support sales initiatives as well as establishing credibility during the business development process.

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (for each duty and function listed indicate % of time to total 100%):

  • Engaging with the Business Development team early in the pre-sales process 35%
  • Supporting sales presentations regarding RPO, to include collaborating with the BD team or owning the creation of the presentation(s) 10%
  • Partnering with internal leadership team to create and manage social media plan and activities 20%
  • Conducting research analysis to determine targeted business development markets and segments 10%
  • Flexing to assist in operational client program optimizations providing insight into people, process, technology, social media strategy, sourcing 10%
  • Functioning as a ‘utility player’ demonstrating talent acquisition experience as needed 10%
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned. 5%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The primary duties of this position are performance and execution of business operational requirements of the Company. This position’s primary duties include the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.

  • A minimum of five to ten (5-10) years of recruitment operations and program management experience
  • A minimum of 3 years conducting sales presentations or presentations to senior level executives
  • Must have a strong understanding of recruitment marketing programs, supporting technologies and measurements for success

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or 10+ years of industry experience
  • Five to 10 years (5-10) years of industry related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED (written & verbal):
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn AgileOne proprietary technology.
