SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The RPO Delivery Director leads the successful delivery, operational performance, client partnership, and strategic growth of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) programs. This position is responsible for overseeing recruiting delivery teams, ensuring achievement of hiring and client objectives, building executive-level client relationships, and partnering across the organization to drive operational excellence, program retention, and revenue expansion; serves as a strategic advisor and delivery leader, balancing workforce strategy, people leadership, and commercial awareness to support scalable and high-performing talent acquisition solutions.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (each duty and function listed indicates % of time to total 100%):
- Client Partnership & Strategic Leadership: Serve as senior delivery lead and trusted advisor for RPO client engagements; lead governance and workforce planning discussions; build executive client relationships; provide market intelligence and consultative recommendations. 20%
- RPO Delivery & Operational Leadership: Oversee end-to-end recruiting delivery across assigned programs; ensure achievement of hiring goals, service levels, quality metrics, and positive candidate and hiring manager experiences. 20%
- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, coach, and develop Delivery Managers, recruiters, sourcers, and support teams; drive engagement, accountability, and succession planning. 20%
- Performance Management & Analytics: Monitor KPIs, SLAs, recruiter productivity, and operational performance; deliver MORs/QBRs and leverage analytics and forecasting for proactive decision-making. 20%
- Business Growth, Sales Support & Program Expansion: Partner with sales and solutions teams on pursuits, discovery, and presentations; identify expansion opportunities, support renewals and solution design, and contribute to RPO revenue growth and client retention. 15%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The primary duties of this position are performance and execution of business operational requirements of the Company. This position’s primary duties include the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.

- 8 - 12+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience within RPO, staffing, MSP, or talent solutions
- Experience leading enterprise or multi-site recruiting programs
- Demonstrated success managing client relationships and delivery performance
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting analytics
SUPERVISION EXERCISED/# OF STAFF:
Manages a team of recruiters, sourcers, delivery leaders, and support personnel; provides coaching and support to direct reports to ensure effective performance and execution of responsibilities. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and resolution of employee concerns.
LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED (written & verbal):
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio, and CoPilot. Experience with ATS, CRM, reporting and analytics platforms, and the ability to quickly learn AgileOne proprietary technology.
