OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
The AgileOne Implementation Project Manager (IPM) is responsible for managing and executing AgileOne Implementations using AgileOne’s Implementation Methodology based on industry best practices. The IPM will either directly, or in partnership with other Project Managers, lead the discovery, design and deployment of Agile•1 solutions (technology and supplier management programs). Responsible for assessing and tracking multiple projects including: project plans, budgets, resources and issue escalation, as well as reporting findings to the Account Management and Technology teams. The IPM is responsible for tracking the quality of project management performed for all projects under his/her responsibility. This individual is responsible for reviewing project deliverables as well as tracking appropriate project metrics. The IPM provides regular input regarding “field” observations to contribute to the future direction of system applications and performance. Will consult with and receive direction from the Client Software Development Team throughout implementation lifecycle to identify technology design.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (each duty and function listed indicates % of time to total 100%):
- Establish, monitor and communicate all schedule-related information as needed to successfully meet key stakeholders project objectives during AgileOne Client Implementation(s). 20%
- Act in a consultative role to AgileOne Clients and Account Management Teams during the systems implementation phase or on additional projects as assigned. 10%
- Establish routine, ongoing communication processes as needed to ensure all project stakeholders have current, relevant information. 10%
- Facilitate fact-finding sessions, meetings and other communications as needed to lead projects to successful outcomes meeting client business needs and objectives. 5%
- Consult with Client Software Development team for appropriate technology and process recommendations, including all decisions related to system implementation, configuration, and design. 5%
- Provide leadership and assistance on assigned implementation projects. Manage integration of solutions. 5%
- Work with the management on implementing new policies and procedures. 1%
- Work with project schedules, contracts, 3rd party vendors, and other divisions of AgileOne and ACT•1. 15%
- Provide account executive and customer point of contact for accountability in problem resolution. 5%
- Effectively lead the system integration team and effort in concert with the Account Manager to meet client tactical needs, as well as long-term strategic objectives. 5%
- Develop key project implementation models. Provide guidance and/or training on these models to other project implementation team members as needed. 5%
- Ensure a successful blend between technical solutions and business requirements. 5%
- Responsible for assessing and implementing new techniques and technologies to keep Agile competitive in the ever-changing industry. 5%

Uses tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel and Visio to plan and track implementation milestones and deliverables. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of combined education and professional experience.
- Staffing industry experience preferred.
- 5 to 7 years experience in project management, leading teams.
- 5 to 7 years experience required in business with experience in process management/continuous improvement.
- Experience leading systems integration projects and managing project team members.
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong working relationships with both internal and external customers, including suppliers.
- Must possess the ability to identify solutions to complex situations and be flexible in responding to changes in customer's needs.
- Demonstrated superior communication, interpersonal team building and negotiation skills.
- Must possess sound business ethics and operate with integrity.
- Must possess ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- AgileOne will make every effort to limit client travel near PM’s home location. However, person must have ability to travel to client sites throughout implementation as business needs dictate.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; 5 to 7 years of industry related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED/# OF STAFF:
Partners with National Account Manager to lead project teams in order to ensure goals and deliverables are being met. May supervise additional project management team members. When supervising, carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as mark-up percentages, bill rates, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply basic math concepts.
REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
