SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The RPO Recruitment Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment marketing strategies that attract top talent on behalf of our portfolio of clients. The incumbent will work closely with our recruiting team and business leaders to identify and prioritize talent needs, and develop and execute campaigns that reach, engage, and convert potential candidates into applicants. This role will collaborate closely with the entire team, including RPO sales and cross-functional groups to provide support toward our Talent Acquisition strategies as well as providing quality measures desired by all our clients today.

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (each duty and function listed indicates % of time to total 100%):

  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams and business leaders to identify talent needs and develop targeted collateral 30%
  • Create compelling employer branding content that showcases our client’s company culture, values and benefits. 30%
  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent across all channels (digital, social, etc.). Utilize social media platforms to develop and execute social media campaigns that attract and engage potential candidates. 10%
  • Budget advertising for recruitment marketing initiatives. 5%
  • Work with the client’s corporate marketing teams to ensure that recruitment marketing initiatives align with the overall brand and marketing strategy of the company. 10%
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Utilize data and analytics to optimize campaigns and measure ROI. 5%
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging recruitment marketing technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their implementation where appropriate. 5%
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned. 5%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the recruitment industry, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn AgileOne proprietary technology.

  • Advanced proficiency in recruitment and sourcing technologies, including ATS and CRM platforms. Strong experience in recruitment marketing and content creation, including developing digital campaigns, social media content, and branded candidate-facing materials. Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to optimize sourcing strategies and improve candidate attraction and conversion.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions written, verbal, or diagram. Attention to detail, ability to see the big picture, ability to quickly grasp and understand problems and their impact upon the underlying business process.
