SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The AgileOne Senior Solutions Architect (SSA) is a technical and solutions subject matter expert (SME) responsible for supporting implementations, providing guidance to other Solutions Architects (SAs) on the team, and supporting sales efforts. The SSA is expected to participate as a key team member on implementation teams, design program solutions which might include processes and technology configuration and provide extensive product knowledge and demonstrations.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (each duty and function listed indicates % of time):
- Perform product presentations and demonstrations in-house, at customer sites, and trade shows. 20%
- Develop strategic customer relationships with all levels of Management staff and Information Technology. 100%
- Serve as a key player/coach to the Solutions Architect team. 100%
- Act in a consultative role to AgileOne Clients and Account Management Teams during the systems implementation phase or on additional projects as assigned. 100%

- Must have excellent analysis and design experience in Internet based applications.
- Must have excellent understanding of VMS systems – AccelerationVMS, Fieldglass, Beeline, and/or others
- Must understand the different types of Managed Service Programs to include: 1st generation programs, global MSP/VMS, MSP only, SOW management, independent contractor compliance
- Must be able to interface with the development engineers and customer engineers.
- Proven ability to proactively and quickly learn new leading technologies.
- Must be able to interface with the software development engineers and customer engineers to maintain progress with account sales opportunities.
- Competent to work on the highest technical level on all phases of customer development.
- Supply customer’s new requirements to the develop team and sales team
- Perform Technical demonstrations and evaluate any customization the customer needs.
- Demonstrate AgileOne potential customer data in the software solution to sales team before sales demo to the client.
- Perform all job responsibilities with total integrity and accountability.
- Excellent English language verbal communications skills. German and/or Spanish a plus.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
The SSA will function as a link between AgileOne verticals to ensure consistent delivery of AgileOne solutions and adherence to delivery methodologies. This position will be responsible to ensure that:
- All AgileOne vertical concerns are taken into consideration, as client solutions are being created and proposed.
- All applicable business verticals are aware of implementation-specific considerations
- Clients are provided with a picture of their current versus desired state as it relates to the proposed solution. The Solutions Architect will coach clients on AgileOne’s ability to provide such solutions through Implementation and Delivery established methods and available resources.
- Provide education and training in support of those standards and procedures.
