SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The AgileOne Senior Solutions Advisor (SSA) is a technical and solutions subject matter expert (SME) responsible for designing and implementing configuration for Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass, Beeline and AccelerationVMS. The SSA will also play a key role in designing and implementing complex integrations between the VMS and Client source systems. The SSA will be a key member of the Implementation team and will be assigned to support, consult and implement VMS solutions for AgileOne’s strategic clients.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (each duty and function listed indicates % of time to total 100%):
- Act in a consultative role to AgileOne’s key strategic clients and Account Management Teams during the systems implementation phase or on projects as assigned (20%)
- Provide expert technical support to assigned client projects as needed to meet their objectives (10%)
- Determine and document the technical and integration requirements necessary to integrate the company solution to the specific environment of the customer (10%)
- Build end-to-end VMS configuration, including data imports and integration setup (20%)
- Provide technology demonstrations for key customer stakeholders and prospective clients to illustrate solution recommendations (15%)
- Provide support and mentorship to junior team members (15%)
- Other duties and special projects as assigned (10%)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- 7–10 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management system
- 4–7 years of experience in implementing global solutions (multi-country VMS rollout)
- 7–10 years of experience in designing and deploying workforce solutions such as Contingent workforce, SOW management and independent contractor solutions
- Must have proficiency in interacting with VMS engineers and other software development team members
- Must have experience creating project deliverables including but not limited to functional requirements, technology requirements and integration specifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills
- Able to consult on and bring best practices to both AgileOne and their client implementations
- Flexible, accountable and a team player
- Available to travel and work extended hours as needed
SUPERVISION EXERCISED/# OF STAFF:
This position has no immediate supervisory responsibilities
LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED (written & verbal):
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn AgileOne proprietary technology.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be willing to work autonomously with very little direction.
- Strong attention to detail as well as a resourceful approach to problem-solving required.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once, while staying very organized across projects/deliverables.
- Clients are provided with a picture of their current versus desired state as it relates to the proposed solution. The Senior Solutions Advisor will coach clients on AgileOne’s ability to provide such solutions through Implementation and Delivery established methods and available resources.
- Provide education and training in support of those standards and procedures.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
- SAP Fieldglass administration certification (Preferred)
- Beeline Level 1, Level 2 certification (Preferred)
