OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: The Client Services Team Lead functions as the liaison between the Client Services team and management. The CS Team Lead will contribute to the professionalism of AgileOne by consistently setting the example and directing the team to achieve a high level of customer service to the client, suppliers, and contingent workers. Provide daily direction to the Client Services Professionals and communication to the team surrounding coordination of tasks, customer-specific processes, procedures, and requirements. Suggest process improvement opportunities to management. Ensure employees have proper training and other resources to perform their jobs. Identify employee issues and work with management to resolve. Work with management on any disciplinary or performance issues. Provide feedback from the team to leadership as needed.
In addition, they will provide guidance to client and direct reports which includes but is not limited to; general human resources issues, risk management, employee classification, contingent staffing solutions, supplier management best practices, AgileOne full time hiring processes, talent acquisition program and associated technologies.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (for each duty and function listed indicate % of time to total 100%):
Requisition fulfillment 80%
- Requisition tracking and accountability for team during weekly requisition meeting
- Escalation of issues on requisitions
- Assist with assignment of duties for newly acquired business lines (implementations).
- Oversees quality control of candidates (shortlisting)
- Monitor workload of team members.
- Provide input for design and implementation of sourcing strategies
- Report on sourcing results/effectiveness, process improvement and lessons learned.
- Provide CSPs oversight for hiring requirements from hiring managers (department profiling)
- Oversee CSPs to manage and track all requisition and candidate activity
- Talent research, sourcing, and assessment (understand markets)
- Ensure that unsuccessful candidates via suppliers are advised in a timely manner
- Leads and/or oversees team to ensure intake calls are conducted

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees Client Services Professionals and provides support to client services team as needed to support their specific account(s). Carries out lead responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to; interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning work, directs work, performance appraisal, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- VMS Certified System Administrator (when applicable)

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: This individual will have at least 3 years in workforce management support. On Site Implementation (Staffing Environment) or National Account Management with Fortune 500 companies.
LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal): Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general-public.
COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio, and other operating systems as required. Ability to quickly learn proprietary and competitions VMS technology as needed.
