SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: The Talent Acquisition Associate – RPO is to provide full life cycle recruiting and sourcing for AgileOne’s RPO clients. Duties and responsibilities include the ability to create, source, and build relationships with candidates that prove fruitful overtime; building a virtual bench of ready candidates for the clients we serve.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (for each duty and function listed indicate % of time to total 100%):
- Utilizes Internet and web-based recruiting sources and systems to identify, manage information and source candidates 10%
- Enters, maintains and manages database information (Potentially utilizing several ATS applications) 5%
- Provide input for design and implementation of sourcing strategies 5%
- Report on sourcing results/effectiveness, process improvement and lessons learned 10%
- Accurately gather and discover necessary hiring requirements from hiring managers (department profiling) 10%
- Accurately and professionally convey to candidates an understanding of the business and requirements for each open position 5%
- Manage and track all requisition and candidate activity 10%
- Manage interview scheduling and interviews 5%
- Candidate research, sourcing and assessment 5%
- Conduct reference and background checks (if applicable at client location) 5%
- Extend offers and facilitate negotiation 5%
- Ensure that unsuccessful candidates are advised in a timely manner 5%
- Greet candidates onsite for interviews (if onsite) 5%
- Execute the onboarding administration of RPO clients including offer letter generation and assisting candidates with the background check process - 5%
- Community outreach to attract candidates to include job fairs, school outreach, local Workforce offices, festivals, etc. 5%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: The primary duties of this position are performance and execution of business operational requirements of the Company. This position’s primary duties include the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience with Outlook scheduling for meeting invites
- Microsoft Office tools Outlook, Excel, and Word (a minimum of 1-2 yrs)
- 1+ years of recruiting or HR experience
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to show ability to construct a clear and concise email without grammatical errors.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn AgileOne proprietary technology.
