SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Independent Contractor Compliance (ICC) Analyst is responsible for management and delivery of select Independent Contract Compliance accounts in a manner that creates a risk free relationship for all parties. ICC Analyst will be responsible for facilitating ICC programs and ensuring timely turnaround for evaluations, creation of audit files, maintenance of select reports and tracking against service level agreements.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (for each duty and function listed indicate % of time to total 100%):
- Creates Independent Contractor Defense Files and determines proper classification based on the results of the risk assessment profile 25%
- Solicits information related to compliance evaluation process from client managers and potential contractors 25%
- Responsible for timely response to requests from client and potential contractors throughout compliance evaluation process 15%
- Assembles and presents analysis of historical classifications performed during client Quarterly Business Reviews or ad hoc presentations with client stakeholders or internally to AgileOne 10%
- Maintains Independent Contractor Knowledgebase 10%
- Maintains reports relative to specifically assigned client accounts 10%
- Other duties and special projects as assigned 5%
The primary duties of this position are performance and execution of business operational requirements of the Company. This position’s primary duties include the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS (for each function listed, indicate % of time):
- Uses standardized situational responses and processes to resolve customer issues 20%
- Assists with peer training in the standards and practices of the assigned client program(s) 20%
- Maintains thorough and accurate documentation on any end user interactions 20%
- Communicates program procedural changes and updates to engaged Independent Contractors and client-users in a timely manner 20%
- Works to meet all existing SLA’s and group targets (internal and contractual) and improve overall process by recommending improvements 15%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- Experience reviewing Statement of Work (SOW) service agreement terms for conformity and compliance.
- Experience and practical applications of Independent Contractor / Freelancer Governmental guidelines.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED (written & verbal):
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn AgileOne proprietary technology.
