Recruitment Coordinator (Temporary)

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: Responsible for administratively supporting the Manager of RPO Delivery in operations and reporting for all of Shared Services and Recruiter(s) and the full life cycle recruiting process.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (for each duty and function listed indicate % of time):
- Maintain an organized methodology for completing tasks associated with the successful fulfillment of requisitions and overall management of the RPS/RPO program. 100%
- Support onsite operations by processing applicants into and through an Application Tracking System (ATS) 100%
- Administration of incoming candidates including manual entry of resumes received in formats other than email (eg: fax, mail, job fair) into the ATS 5%
- Organizing, schedule and manage interview logistics and coordination for both Candidate and Client 90%
- Manage ad placement and ad response management 5%
- Perform other program administrative duties as needed 100%
- Run monthly Recruiter and Performance Reporting 20%
- Capture program billing 5%
- Create Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Reports, and all ad hoc clients reporting through PowerPoint and other tools as assigned. 5%
- Execute the on boarding administration of RPO clients including offer letter generation, administering background checks, executing new hire paperwork and orientation. 100%
- Maintain an organized methodology for gathering metrics, program SLAs, billing, and Recruiter performance metrics within RPO programs. 5%

- Experience as a recruiter coordinator
- Experience with schedule interviews and arranging travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High School degree, prefer Bachelor’s Degree in HR (or related field)
JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
3 year’s experience as a recruiter coordinator, or other similar experience.
