SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Client Services Coordinator is required to support client users, supplier partners, and contingent workers with utilizing the AgileOne technology; maintain the integrity and accuracy of your specific account database; further the efforts of the on-site management team in all Implementation and training duties, and contribute to the professionalism of AgileOne by consistently providing a high level of customer service to the client, suppliers and contingent workers.
ASPIRE Program: This job is under our Aspiring Skills Program for Industry Readiness and Employment, a career accelerator program designed for candidates with no experience to gain knowledge for a new career. We provide a three week, live, training program to give you the skills to fast-track your career in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on Managed Service Provider and Vendor Management System solutions.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (each duty and function listed indicates % of time to total 100%):
- Perform date entry into systems as needed. 20%
- Provide user training to Client and Vendor users as needed. This task will continue after implementation as well. 10%
- Act as a point of contact for administrative systems issues during onboarding, compliance screenings or PO generation between Client or Vendors. 20%
- Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of reports to the client or vendors. 20%
- Maintain the integrity of system data; ensure accuracy of reporting through AgileOne technology. 10%
- Follow all processes and procedures defined by AgileOne management. 10%
- Review resumes and identify qualified applicants. 5%
- Other duties and special projects as assigned. 5%

- Manage end to end onboarding activities from offer acceptance through start date. 25%
- Maintain all compliance documentation per standard operating procedures. 25%

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn AgileOne proprietary technology.
