SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Examine reports to locate and resolve errors. Assemble and analyze data for business, labor, market, VMS, CRM and ATS, and other HR reports, make sure data and calculations are accurate. Maintain systems for recording business and financial data. Train employees on how to follow company standards and procedures when creating reports.

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (for each duty and function listed indicate % of time):

  • Create multiple reports from verbal and written requests utilizing provided tools 50%
  • Analyze reports and highlight items of interest 25%
  • Perform research 10%
  • Assist the department in projects and meta-analysis 10%
  • Assist in training end-users in report usage 5%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors of Business degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of data and reporting with the ability to create formulas
  • Knowledge and experience in support of RPO, BPO, HRO, MSP, or other business labor services

SUPERVISION EXERCISED/ #OF STAFF:

No supervision of staff.

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal):

Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in written communication to a variety of levels of stakeholders.  Expository writing skills. Can run meetings and present material to small groups in person and remotely

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:   MS office Suite including Teams to intermediate level.  Skills with reporting databases such as PayScale, EMSI, DOL and/or related tools.
